The best way to lose weight in one week is to basically only eat fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water. I agree that it really doesn’t sound like much fun but if you really want to lose weight in the space of one week then sacrifices most definitely have to be made.

By following a diet of fruit and vegetables it is not at all unusual to see weight loss of around 10lb’s within the seven days but you must expect that you will not exactly feel on top of the world whilst on the diet.

It is the best way to lose weight in one week but I would highly recommend that before you start the diet you plan ahead. Get hold of some recipe books and you will make the week far more enjoyable. With a little imagination and a touch of garlic you will be able to knock up some tasty meals and believe me when I say that is far more preferable than just having a carrot to look forward to for your evening meal.

Another tip would be to get yourself a blender and make some lovely fruit smoothies. On saying that you could also incorporate vegetables into these smoothies and hopefully you will enjoy them so much that you will continue with them when the week is over.

Many people find themselves feeling so much more healthy that they really start to include more fruit and vegetables into their diet which can only be a good thing.
